Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis pushes your fitness to a new level with a high-energy workout! It's a fun, group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate high-energy workout. Taught by a certified tennis professional, a typical cardio tennis class includes a short dynamic warm-up, a cardio workout, and a cool down phase. The majority of the cardio tennis class is the "workout" phase. Lasting 30-40 minutes, most of this portion will include phase paced drills where the professional fees balls to the players based on their ability and fitness level.
Cost: $10.00 for members and $15 for non-members. Days: Monday - Thursday Times: 6:00 - 7:00
